What document types does TableForge support?
TableForge supports PDFs, Word documents (.docx), PowerPoint presentations (.pptx), and image files (PNG, JPG, TIFF). Multi-page documents are fully supported.
Why does my extracted table look different from the original?
AI-powered extraction accuracy depends on document quality, scan resolution, and table complexity. For best results, use high-resolution PDFs with selectable text rather than scanned images. If results are off, try a different extraction mode (Layout, Table, or Data Clean) — each is optimized for different document styles.
Are my documents stored after extraction?
No. Documents are processed in a temporary session and designed to be automatically deleted when your browser session ends (within 24 hours maximum). We never use your documents to train AI models.
I was charged but cannot access my subscription. What should I do?
This is usually resolved quickly. Submit a ticket below with your email address and we'll sort it out within a few hours. If you need faster help, email support@tableforge.ai with "Billing" in the subject line.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account → Billing → Manage Subscription to cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What is the file size limit?
The maximum upload size is 50 MB per document. For very large documents, consider splitting them into smaller sections for best results.
